Indian Medical Aptitude test ( IMAT ) Conducted By Institute of health sciences in every year at month of may for “Bachelor in Physiotherapy” (BPT) and “Bachelor in Audiology & Speech Language Pathology” (BASLP) medical degree programs based on the merit list of mark secured by the candidates in the entrance examination for the above courses in Bhubaneswar Odisha .
ELIGIBILITY:-
For admission to the BASLP(Bachelor in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology) and B.P.T(Bachelor in Physiotherapy) course under Institute of Health Science , Bhubaneswar , the applicant must be:
1.Age limit: 17 years to 25 years as on 1 July (Relaxation in age for SC/St students as per Govt. rules)
2.Sex: Both boys and girls can apply.
3.Qualification: Minimum +2 Science(12 Standard or higher Secondary School Certificate from any recognized Board/University)
4.Knowledge of the Language: English is essential being the medium of instruction. It shall be supplemented by local language in order to facilitate interaction with the clients in the clinic.
5.The applicants should have 50% marks in their qualifying examination. Those, whose results of the qualifying exam are awaited, can also apply. However, their selection will be subject to achieving minimum required marks.
6.The applicant shall face an aptitude test and shall be admitted on the basis of the test/interview.
