job responsibility:
person will be responsible for making out-bound calls (international), for providing effective and courteous support to customers in relation to our product or service. this includes calling to customers, taking incoming calls, responding to lead queries and increasing the growth of sales.
duties & responsibilities:
• respond to customers' enquiries related to product functionality and services.
• logging and classifying the customer requests and answering their queries.
• follow up with leads/prospects to convince them and increase sales.
• accept additional projects or areas of responsibility that will improve the team's performance.
• proactively contribute to the sales team and the achievement of its goals.
• participate in product reviews and provide inputs for improvements
skills/qualifications:
• excellent communication, quality focus, problem solving, documentation skills, listening, phone skills, conflict resolution, logical thinking, analysing information, multi-tasking etc.
• any graduate, mba, bsc./msc. in computers would be desirable
requirements:
• detail orientated with sound information of problem solving skills.
• well-developed analytical skills with the ability to solve a problem and develop solutions.
• experience in a customer service or contact centre environment preferred.
• ability to communicate and engage effectively, verbally and in writing, in english.
• the ability to learn and become experts in zidux software product and develop a sound understanding.
• willingness to undertake additional projects and responsibilities from time to time.
• flexibility with work times - including rotational shift work.
• willingness to work in night shifts
